Finally, outlets in Taman Bukit Maluri, Segamat and Batu Pahat are scheduled for upgrades from May 22 to June 5.
On the flipside, most branches nationwide will operate on Saturdays this month.
Elsewhere, the vehicle inspection company announced that its Cheras branch will be closed from June 1 till July 13 for testing lane upgrading works. Regulars here are advised to make bookings at alternative outlets – Wangsa Maju, Taman Bukit Maluri and Padang Jawa for commercial vehicles; and Batu Caves, Pandan Mewah and Glenmarie for private vehicles.

the transport minister must get the whole puspakom fiasco sorted, the gap between booking and appointment is 13-14 days now, something needs to be done to cater to the high volume in urban areas. If this happens to any other business, there will be contingency plans to reduce the gap of 13-14 days between booking and appointment. Until 2025 there is no alternative to puspakom in Klang Valley, something needs to be done fast.
