JPJ will be offline this weekend for data centre hardware maintenance, downtime from 10pm tonight

JPJ will be offline from 10pm today (June 20) till 6am on Sunday, June 22. This planned downtime is for the maintenance of network safety hardware at JPJ’s data centre.

During this period, there will be no access to state, branch and UTC counters; the MySikap portal (public and partners); integration between agencies and partners; Vehicle Entry Permit portal; Road Charge (RC) payment via e-wallet; the MyJPJ app; JPJ Mobile; JPJeBID and JPJ kiosks. Everything, basically.

The road transport department says that this maintenance work is very important to improve the safety standards of its data and ensure that all hardware are functioning at the optimum level.
