The MINI 5 Door is the five-seat, rear-door version of the MINI hatch formula, aimed at buyers who want the Cooper S petrol drivetrain but need easier access than the 3 Door. In Malaysia the F65-generation model is sold as the Cooper S 5 Door, priced from RM293,888.

For 2026, the MINI 5 Door carries on unchanged; there is no 2026-specific update. The present F65 Cooper 5 Door debuted globally in 2024 as a heavy refresh of the F55, with the Malaysian Cooper S 5 Door price confirmed for the 2025 model year. The local range remains a single petrol Cooper S 5 Door with a 2.0-litre turbo engine, wet dual-clutch automatic and five seats.

The F65 MINI 5 Door keeps the familiar idea intact: a compact MINI hatch with five seats, rear doors and a petrol Cooper S drivetrain. It is not a clean-sheet reinvention, having been introduced as a heavy refresh of the F55. Price is the hard part. At RM293,888, it sits near the top of the B-segment hatchback price spread and costs much more than mainstream hatchbacks. Buy it for the MINI brief with extra doors, not for rational pricing.
