For 2026, the Malaysian Kicks e-Power carries on unchanged as the first-generation P15 range, with VL and VLT variants. The 2026 facelift news is for Thailand, where the P15 gets Kait styling, ProPILOT and a 136 PS/280 Nm e-motor from RM96k. In Malaysia, the latest local showroom update is the Impul Edition styling package: RM8,500 for a bodykit and 18-inch alloys.

The range has two variants: VL at RM113,800 and VLT at RM121,800. Both get the same 1,198 cc petrol-hybrid/REV drivetrain, 82 hp output, eCVT automatic and five-seat layout, so the RM8,000 gap does not buy a different powertrain or extra seats. The Kicks e-Power arrives after a long wait, and its price puts it well above the Perodua Ativa, Aruz and Traz, and above the Mitsubishi Xforce; it only undercuts the Honda HR-V and Chery O5 by a small margin at base level. The appeal is the petrol-backed electric-drive idea in a manageable body: 4,290 mm long, 1,760 mm wide and 1,605 mm tall.
