Here are more low resolution images of the new 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. This new W212 E-Class replaces the W211 currently sold in Malaysia, and finally retires the Kompressor engine in the base model, replacing it with one that is turbocharged and direct injected. I’m in the midst of uploading the full high-resolution gallery right now, but for the moment please enjoy this low-res gallery that made its appearance on the internet shortly before the high-res ones were released officially in the Daimler Global Media Site.

1st!
the design is not bad and the turbocharged engine is a good news
maybe the terengganu government should consider this for their next lineup?
cheers~
Been wanting to comment on this new design. I think it’s going to take a little getting used to. Still prefer the Men-In-Black-2 version the most.
its the other way around now, now the front of the cars are better than the rear, rather than in the previous car, the rear of the cars were better looking than the front, like the w203, w211 and w220
ugly interior, ugly rear, ugly front, ugly rims…ugly car
Ugly, running out of idea. Cheap buttock, like the previous generation Camry’s buttock, ‘khiau-khiaw’.
I wonder what this new W211 will cost on the road in Malaysia? RM398K ? Any chance by 2010 we see a price reduction, I mean less tax?
wow..interior is 75% copied from c class…
too bad that the rear lamp looks like japannese car!!
this car is so damn fugly…u can bash the front end…or anywhere for that matter…stick a pole in it and u wouldnt notice
it will take some time to get use to it…this reminds me of the beemer 5! i would say not bad though!
now i can rabdge my toyota camry to become mah-si-lee e-class dai sai ngan
Rear looks like Lexus
With all negative comments about the design, I’m sure Merc will have a facelift pretty soon.
todays headlines : mercedes releases new e-klasse to replace the e-klasse which was barely one month old
u bunch of idoits.. this car is perfect.. ppl from EU design this car.. sure hav their own reasons. u buyers choose other cars if so dissatisfied with e-class.
