McLaren Automotive has selected PT Mega Performa Indonesia to represent the brand across Indonesia as McLaren Jakarta. The latest location to join the McLaren network is an importer and retailer of sports cars, and will be launching the 12C and 12C Spider in the country.
By early next year, a bespoke showroom will be opened in the Pacific Place Mall and a fully equipped service workshop will be opened on Jalan Arteri Pondok Indah, both in Jakarta. The workshop will host an official service centre with skilled technicians, specially trained at McLaren’s headquarters in Woking, UK.
“PT Mega Performa Indonesia has extensive experience in serving Indonesia’s luxury automobile market and has a reputation for delivering exceptional after-sales service, which were key considerations for us when selecting a partner,” said McLaren Automotive regional director for Asia Pacific Ian Gorsuch.
PT Mega Performa Indonesia principal Ian Rianto Susanto said he had no doubt that the partnership would be a success. “We are confident in our ability and deeply committed to delivering a truly exceptional customer experience, in line with what is expected by McLaren customers.”
With the announcement of McLaren Jakarta, McLaren Automotive is now represented in 23 markets around the globe. In the Asia Pacific region, the brand is also present in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and represented by McLaren Tokyo and McLaren Osaka in Japan.
