East Coast Expressway’s Genting Sempah tunnel, east-bound, closed from June 13-17 – contra flow

Genting Sempah Tunnel

ANIH Berhad, the operator of the East Coast Expressway (Lebuhraya Pantai Timur, LPT) has announced that the Genting Sempah tunnel, east-bound, will be closed to all traffic from 8am on June 13 (next Monday) till midnight on June 17 (Friday).

The closure will be to facilitate scheduled maintenance of the tunnel as well as road repairs. The concessionaire will open a contra flow lane on the west-bound side of the tunnel for those heading to the East Coast.
