Happening today and tomorrow (October 1-2), the Mitsubishi Triton Extra Hardcore roadshow takes place at the Setia Alam Convention Centre carpark where Malaysian motorsport athlete Leona Chin and rally champion Kenneth Koh will be on location to give showgoers thrill rides in the updated Mitsubishi Triton, now packing the more powerful and more economical 2.4 litre, MIVEC VGT turbodiesel engine.

Alongside is a specially outfitted obstacle truck, set up to showcase the Triton’s capabilities with challenges such as the side traverse, uneven ramps, staircase ramp and the imposing peak ramp. In addition to the Triton, the Pajero Sport has also been enlisted to partake in the passenger ride proceedings.

Admission is free, and visitors who test drive any Mitsubishi model at the roadshow will receive exclusive merchandise for free while stocks last, and those who commit to making a booking on any Mitsubishi vehicle at the roadshow will receive a special edition Ralliart umbrella.

Fear not if you are located further north or south of the Klang Valley; the roadshow will also take place at the Juru Auto City car park in Penang on October 8-9, and subsequently at the Plaza Angsana car park in Johor on October 15-16. The events take place from 10am until 8pm at all three locations; the last thrill ride session on each day is at 7pm.
