The latest, Australian-themed instalment of Forza Horizon 3 video game has just released its first expansion pack which adds on snowy roads for gamers to drive on, and now also adds cars such as the Acura NSX and the Dodge Viper ACR.
A more casual, open-world spin off from the Forza Motorsport game franchise, Forza Horizon 3 is set in Australia, and an Expansion Pass bundles the snow pack together with another, unannounced pack due to arrive later. Owners of the game’s Ultimate Edition stand to take advantage of a discount, though the offer will only be available until the end of the year.
Along with the snow pack, the Alpinestars Car Pack serves as the third car pack for the video game, with the virtual garage gaining seven cars including the 1990 Mazda RX-7 and the 1998 Nissan Silvia, the two most requested models by the Forza gaming community, according to Turn 10 Studios, the game’s developer.
Continuing the game’s Australian theme is the inclusion of the Ford Falcon XR GT, which joins other Australian cars in the game including the HSV GTS Maloo pick-up.
The Expansion Pass retails for US$34.99 (RM148), while the game itself is priced at US$59.99(RM253.79) for the Standard Edition, or US$99.99(RM422.35) for the Ultimate Edition.
