Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has opened the doors to the new Volkswagen Seremban 3S Centre. The facility is operated by Hicom Auto and is currently the only authorised VW centre in Negeri Sembilan. It is also the second VW 3S centre by Hicom Auto, with the first being Volkswagen Semenyih.
The centre was built with an initial investment of RM1.5 million and spans a total area of 24,735 sq.ft. The showroom floor is able to fit up to eight display cars, and there’s also a guest lounge. The service centre features 13 service bays, manned by 18 after-sales personnel with the capacity of servicing up to 20 cars daily.
The 3S centre is located at the Oakland industrial area, otherwise known as the automotive hub of Seremban, and is able to cater to customers in Seremban 2 and the rest of Negeri Sembilan.
Hicom Auto will also provide a “Pick Up and Drop Off” service as a value-added service, but this is only limited to customers living within a five-kilometre radius from the 3S centre. For customers’ convenience, sales advisors will also deliver new vehicles to their homes or offices when specified.
“VPCM will continue to work closely with our dealer partners to ensure constant improvement and enhancement to our dealer network, and towards the overall ownership experience of our customers. We enjoy a good relationship with Hicom Auto and DRB-HICOM, and we feel that this new 3S centre further demonstrates the commitment shown by the group,” said Erik Winter, MD of VPCM.
“The Volkswagen Seremban 3S Centre will set the benchmark for further improvements within our network, both in sales as well as after-sales services. With the growing demand for Volkswagen cars, our customers can now expect to find that waiting time for service slots will be significantly reduced, and the service as well as maintenance activities will be quicker and more convenient to all,” said Rohime Shafie, head of automotive, automotive distribution and the manufacturing and engineering division of DRB-HICOM.
The centre opens daily – operating hours from Monday to Saturday is from 8.30am to 7pm, while on Sunday and public holidays it’s from 10am to 6pm. After-sales services are only available from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm and 8.30am to 1pm on Saturday.

Great move , great place even if there are only a few Peugeot owners around.
Can the sales personnel speak English, polite, knowledgeable or what we get normally?
Good for the people of Seremban. I feel the Polo is a far better buy than a Proton. German quality for cheap price
Then stop repeating the myth of VW DSG and low RV! Hypocrite!
20% P1 more sold! Since change to Bao Teng

13 service bays which manned by 18 after-sales personnel can only service up to 20 cars daily? A bit too low
