In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya festivities, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has announced its ‘Best Deal Ever 0% GST’ campaign for Nissan models, which will run throughout the month of June. With the campaign, customers can enjoy duit raya savings (cash rebates) on top of cheaper pricing due to the goods and services tax (GST) rate now at 0%.
The amount of rebate goes up to RM13,000 depending on the model chosen, and should you choose to trade in two years’ worth of warranty from the standard five-year package provided as standard (model dependent), you’ll get additional savings of up to RM2,000.
For instance, an Almera 1.5L E Auto that starts at RM68,129.62 (OTR without insurance) will be priced at RM59,629.62 after factoring in the RM7,500 cash rebate and when opting for the trade in warranty offer. The list of variants and their respective deals are in the attached tables.
Adding to this is the opportunity for five lucky customers to win an Osim uLove massage chair worth RM19,988 and other prizes worth up to RM450,000. The only requirement is to submit an entry form when purchasing a new Nissan vehicle.
Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
Proton SA told me, even with GST free period, Proton sales still the same as if GST has not been abolished
0% GST period just started, so please stop with the false claims. What is it with your vendetta against Proton? Did Proton stole your car and killed your dog?
You are certified Proton hater. Can we believe that you have a Proton SA friend who will honestly tell you about sales number? Another one of your many pluck from the air claims.
Hes a certified Toyota salesman, thats for sure.
Just like you, certified BN cybertrooper with no funding at the moment.
We all certified Malaysians at our heart & IC, thats for sure. Jom chip in Tabung Harapan!
Who cares, look at Toyota, depends heavily on hilux, passenger cars? Noone wants to buy, even gip free also dowan.
Yupe if gip free. rather get a P1.
Talk so big. Gip me for free, i want. Can u even afford to gip or not?
Lalala…waiting for the new teana…lalalala
Teana is really value for money, 2.0 base model at below 120k, 2.5 top model at 136k! Almost like some c segment price.
Auto cheaper than manual!
just playing around with free 3 yrs service or no, if no then u got the 2k.. basically the same offer as previous.. isnt the warranty is part of assurance and the confident of the car reliability? this also can be a trade in?
What the….since when is it logical to ‘trade in’ your warranty for a measly 2k discount? Come on la TC just give flat out 2k discount instead of doing this circus stunt. You know your sales is utter shite now so why do this?
whats warranty trade-in ??
scrapped off 2 years warranty during purchase, u can have a rebate of 2k… the so call raya rebate.. its either u take the rebate or dont get the 3 years free service… another “looks like a promotion” but its not.
Nissan resale value is much worse than Honda and Toyota. Coupled that with manufacturing defects & quality issues, its best to avoid. TanChong service is also quite expensive.
My 2014 Almera VL trade in value fell to rm30k, while City of the same age trades at rm50K+
do your maths. u get Almeera at 65k, you get your city at 80k. after 3 years u sell your Almeera at 30k, your city at 50k. So both also drop 30k what?
In terms of defects, i think Honda defects is higher.
BTW, ppl who purchase City will never like Almeera as they are two different target group. not sure why u love both at the same time.
