Volvo has a new home in Melaka, located on Jalan Tun Sri Lanang in the city. Operated by Seong Hoe Motors, the 3S centre is the latest in Volvo Car Malaysia’s (VCM) transformation programme that started more than two years ago.

The transformation plan saw new dealer standards such as the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) being implemented in Volvo dealerships across the country. VRE is a comprehensive standard that covers critical aspects of a dealership – from the look and feel of the showroom to the quality of service rendered to customers.

“We are focusing on creating a consistent consumer experience that reflects our core values. It is important that we maintain the Scandinavian-inspired appeal of our cars in our showrooms and the service centres as well,” said VCM’s MD Lennart Stegland.

The new 3S centre features a six-bay service centre that can accomodate the brand’s latest T8 Twin Engine plug-in hybrid models. Seong Hoe is not a new name in the business, with close to 50 years of experience in the automotive trade with several continental car brands under its belt.

Volvo’s Melaka 3S centre is open from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays and public holidays.
