PLUS offering 20% toll discount on first day of Raya

Good news for those travelling on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, which is of course tomorrow, June 5. PLUS is offering a 20% discount off toll transactions for 24 hours starting midnight later. The time of exit is the one counted, not the entry.

“The discount is offered as an appreciation to our highway customers on the balik kampung journey this Aidilfitri,” said PLUS managing director Datuk Azman Ismail.

UPDATE: There will be no Touch n Go reload service at NSE toll plazas from May 30 to June 10. Motorists can however use top up kiosks at R&R areas. The temporary closure is meant to ensure smoother traffic.

The 20% toll discount is for private vehicles traveling on the North-South Expressway, the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway (SPDH), the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Highway (Linkedua), the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE), the East-Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) and the Penang Bridge.

However, the discount is not applicable to toll transactions made at the Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza (Linkedua). The discount also excludes customers who are currently enjoying the existing Penang Bridge 20% toll discount. Drive safe and Selamat Hari Raya!
