Police arrest foreigner for causing an accident after deliberately jumping in front of a moving car

The police have detained the man on suspicion of deliberately throwing himself onto a moving car, resulting in an accident in Bandar Sungai Long recently. According to Kajang district police chief Asst Comm Naazron Abdul Yusof, the suspect is believed to be a foreign national and working as a cleaner.

He added that the suspect left the scene with slight injuries before his details could be taken. The incident, which reportedly took place on September 17, 2024 at close to noon, resulted in two vehicles being damaged due to the actions of the 32-year-old suspect.

The case is being investigated under Section 336 of the Penal Code for endangering the life or safety of another person which can be punished with three months jail or RM500 fine, or both. Additionally, the investigation is being carried out in accordance with Section 6(1)(C) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 for not having an identity document. The police are urging those with information on the incident to come forward to assist with investigations.

According to dashcam footage of the incident, the suspect is seen waiting for cars to pass an intersection but appeared to deliberately step in front of the video car – a Honda CR-V – and turning his back before being struck. The CR-V was then rear-ended by a Perodua Myvi following behind.

Foreigners and illegal immigrants that commit crimes like these should have their immigration records deleted so that they’re officially non-existent within our borders. That way, we don’t have to deal with pesky faggy rules like human rights and can eliminate these pests without a trace in order to safeguard society.

Nice. Let’s suspend the little modicum of humanity left within us. Laws exists to punish those in the wrong, trying to treat foreigners as lesser humans just because of that fact is pretty short sighted. Let the authorities handle such incidents appropriately. Think twice before wanting to rob a persons life, just because you’re afraid to lose your NCD.

  • You can see foreigners dashing across the Kajang bypass during busy traffic in front of Penjara Kajang/ TTDI Kajang shop lots almost everyday. Sometimes they bring wife and children too, its a dual lane dual carriageway. These folks are not only risking their lives but the lives of road users too.

tourism minister tiong King sing exposed the corrupt cartel immigration at klia last year, and he was heavily criticised and even accused of being drunk.

Nope. A wrong is wrong and trying to justify don’t make it right. He trespassed into immigration restricted area purported to “help” (have no idea what can he help with, does he represent China embassy?).
