New name in the Malaysian kapchai market is the 2024 Kamax Super Pro 125, priced at RM8,888. Pricing excludes road tax, insurance and registration. and the Super Pro 125 is available now in authorised KTNS dealer showrooms nationwide.
There are three colour options for the Super Pro 125 – Army Green, Matte Black, and a special edition
Green. Every Super Pro 125 comes with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects and parts are available via online purchase through the KTNS Malaysia website or authorised dealers.
As is typical of underbone motorcycles in this class, the Super Pro 125 comes with an air-cooled, single-cylinder engine displacing 125 cc and fed by Bosch EFI. Power is rated at 8.4 hp at 7,500 rpm with a maximum torque ofd 9.3 Nm at 5,000 rpm, going to the rear wheel via a four-speed rotary gearbox and chain final drive.
Braking at the front is done with a single hydraulic disc equipped with ABS while the rear wheel is stopped by a mechanical drum brake. Tyre sizing on the Super Pro 125 is identical front and rear with 80/90 tyres fitted to 17-inch alloy wheels.
Telescopic forks hold up the front end of the Super Pro 125 while the back end is suspended with preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers. Seat height is set at 760 mm while weight is claimed to be 110 kg with 3.8-litres of fuel in the tank.
Riding information is displayed on a round LCD instrument panel and Led lighting is used throughout. A keyless start system is installed, as well as a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Why would anyone want to buy this thing really surprises me…
i guess being super ugly has benefits, like, you can simply park or leave it anywhere and NOBODY would want to steal it.
so this is the first 125cc kapcai in the market with ABS and TPMS in Malaysia, for the price is kinda surprisingly good because even the H and Y don’t give those cost more than RM10k … But type BB will disagree with this fact
Should consider price RM6k range…Honda Cub wannabe. for almost RM9k with 125cc, rear drum… that TPMS device on the tyre valve? is the first things they took… I just want to say… Good Luck…KTNS
