JPJ has announced the temporary closure of its counter at Putrajaya Galeria. The closure will be till January 1, 2025, and is to facilitate a relocation to the new JPJ office at Level 1, Galeria PJH in Putrajaya.
To compensate for the closure of the physical counter, the road transport department is making available mobile counters in Putrajaya. There vans will be four spots in the administrative city – Galeria in Presint 4 (in front of Subway), Bangunan Suasana PJH (Presint 2), Ayer 8 in Presint 8 (in front of Nasi Lemak Royale Kedah) and Presint Diplomatik (in front of the Laman Duta cafeteria).
The van at Galeria is operating from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday (break from 12.15 pm to 2.45 pm on Friday), while the vans at the other three locations are open from 10am to 5pm (with the same break time for Friday).
Services available at the mobile counters include the renewal of driving licenses (CDL and PDL), vocational licenses (PSV and GDL), road tax (individual and commercial), saman checking and payment (except for blacklist) and the registration of the MyJPJ app.
