Tesla Cybertruck gets Mansory’s Elongation treatment – EV pick-up with lots of carbon-fibre, 26-inch wheels

German tuning house Mansory has announced its customisation programme for the Tesla Cybertruck, which includes a wide range of parts aimed at making the electric pick-up truck even more attention-grabbing.

Starting with the exterior, the modified Cybertruck which the company calls the Mansory Elongation, comes with various carbon-fibre components such as front and rear bumpers, prominent fender flares as well as two rear wings.

Customers can also option full carbon parts for the front bonnet and “grille,” side mirrors and tailgate, with all items available in several designs and colours. Elsewhere, there is a light bar on the roof and a new set of ‘FD.15’ wheels, the latter being 26-inch forged units with an 11-inch width to fit 315/40 profile tyres.

On the inside, the Cybertruck receives full-leather upholstery and trim finished in high-gloss paint or carbon-fibre. These are tailored to the requirements of the customer, which can result in the vibrant cabin seen in this showcase example. The seats, seat belts and floor mats add additional accents come with Mansory lettering embroidered on them for the added visual pop.

Mansory’s Elongation programme only touches upon the Cybertruck’s aesthetics, with the mechanical side of things remaining completely stock. What do you think of the German company’s work? Do the visual changes make the pick-up truck worse or better to look at?

this truck isn’t even that durable.
Slam the doors hard enough, the inner plastic trims will break off, with the clips broken.
Pull a cargo heavy enough, the frame cracks.
even a 5 year old Toyota Hilux dont break that easily.
Is Tesla the iphone of cars?

    • Some cybertrucks got broken chassis just from going over potholes. Who knows aluminium chassis would be that fragile on a 3 tonne truck, am I right?

    • Even the Proton Arena is more durable than this Garbagetruck. We dont read about Arenas broken their frames just from hitting a pothole, do we?
