Set to enter the Malaysia motorcycle market are four new models from China brand Cyclone, under MForce Bike Holdings. These are the Cyclone RX650, the Cyclone RA600, Cyclone RE600 and the Cyclone RT3E retro scooter.
Pricing for all four models is yet to be determined by MForce and expected local launch is in mid-2025. Malaysian riders might know the Cyclone name better as KTNS, and Asri Ahmad, Operation General Manager of MForce Bike Holdings, said the brand will be known as Cyclone in Malaysia going forward.
The Cyclone RX650 is a middleweight adventure-touring motorcycle powered by a liquid-cooled, 650 cc parallel-twin engine. Power output for the RX650 is claimed to be produces 70 hp at 8,500 rpm and 62 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm, power going to the rear wheel via quick shifter-equipped six-speed gearbox and chain final drive.
Suspension for the RX650 is done with upside-down telescopic forks in front and adjustable monoshock in the rear. Braking is done with twin hydraulic disc brakes in front and a single disc at the back, with two-channel cornering ABS as standard equipment.
The equipment fit out on the RX650 includes full LED lighting throughout, cruise control, blind-spot detection radar, and front and rear ride-recording camera systems. Weight for the RX650 is listed at 245 kg, with a 20-litre fuel tank and 820 mm seat height.
Other equipment includes an adjustable windshield and full-colour TFT-LCD display. From information received, the RX650 is expected in Malaysia in May 2025, priced around RM30,000.

This is not a Kawasaki Versys, it is based on Norton Engine which is rather reliable. The problem will be MForce
