Colour updates for the 2025 Honda Vario 160 in Malaysia, with pricing set at RM10,198 for the Yellow paint scheme version. There is also the Silver and Matte Red model variants are priced at RM10,498 with all prices excluding road tax, insurance and registration.
Stocks of the Vario 160 in the new colours is available in all Honda Impian X dealer showrooms throughout Malaysia from April 11. Otherwise there are no changes in specification for the Vario 160.
Power comes from a four-valve, liquid-cooled single-cylinder displacing 157 cc and rated at 15.3 hp at 8,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 13.8 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The Vario 160 rides on a 14-inch rear wheel with 120/70 tubeless tyre driven by belt drive and CVT transmission while the 14-inch front wheel is fitted with 100/80 rubber.
Single channel ABS is fitted to the front wheel while braking is done by hydraulic discs front and rear. Suspension is with telescopic forks in front and preload-adjustable single shock absorbers at the back.
The Vario 160 is equipped with a Smart Key system, allowing for keyless starting as well as alarm and call back. Other equipment includes a USB-A charging port for charging the rider’s electronic devices with 18-litres of storage found under the seat.
Weight for the Vario 160 is listed at 117 kg with 5.5-litres of fuel carried in the tank while seat height is set at 778 mm. Full LED lighting is used throughout while a digital LCD meter displays the necessary information.
