Alex Nan named new CEO of Geely Auto International

Geely Auto Group has announced the appointment of Alex Nan as CEO of Geely Auto International Corporation (GAIC) to lead the company’s global growth strategy, which includes overseeing all international operations and market expansion. Geely currently has operations in over 80 countries and regions, serving more than 1.3 million international customers.

In addition to his new role, Nan also holds the positions of vice president of Geely Auto Group, global CEO of London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC) and chairman of LEVC UK. His career spans nearly three decades, including roles in product development, sales, marketing and strategic management.

Since 2021, Nan has been serving as global CEO of LEVC and chairman of LEVC UK. Before that, he was general manager of Geely Auto International Sales Company from 2017 and introduced the 3.0-generation product portfolio in various overseas markets. Nan was also vice president of domestic sales in Geely Auto from 2006 and created marketing strategies for Geely’s 3.0-generation SUV line-up, which included the Boyue.
