Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) has announced a 30% discount on traffic compounds, available this Sunday (June 22) at the Hari Mesra MBSA event at Elmina Lakeside Mall, Elmina City. The hours are from noon to 7pm.
MBSA will also be officially launching the free street parking for senior citizens programme at the event. The initiative, called Golden Parking, was announced late last month, and is for those aged 60 and above. One has to be a MBSA ratepayer and only one car (under the senior citizen’s own name) is allowed to be registered.
If you’re eligible, you can fill up a form digitally via the QR code here, or via walk-in at Wisma MBSA, Seksyen 14, Shah Alam. You’re welcome to do so from 9am to 4pm on working days, but do take note of the lunch break, which is 1pm to 2pm or 12.15 pm to 2.45 pm on Fridays.
MBSA says that there’s is no deadline for registrations – this isn’t a limited time offer. As for this Sunday’s saman discount, it’s a good chance to wipe the slate clean if you’re in the area.
