Officially launched in Malaysia at the 2025 Petronas Grand Prix of Malqysia are the 2025 Suzuki GSX-8T and Suzuki GSX-8TT, priced at RM59,600 and RM63,600, respectively. Pricing does not include road tax, insurance or registration and the GSX-8T and TT come with retro motorcycle styling inspired but the Suzuki T500 Titan.
Sharing the same engine as its GSX-8 siblings as well as the V-Strom 800, the GSX-8T and GSX-8TT is powered by a parallel-twin with liquid-cooling and DOHC, displacing 776 cc. Power output is rated at 82.9 hp at 8,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 78 Nm at 6,800 rpm, going to the rear wheel via a quickshifter equipped six-speed gearbox and chain final drive.
Inside the cockpit, a full-colour, five-inch TFT-LCD instrument panel is installed, displaying all the necessary information. Riding electronics includes three-level ride modes, with Mode A being the most aggressive, followed by Mode B and Mode C which performs as a ‘Rain’ mode with lower power output.
Equipped with a ride-by-wire throttle, the GSX-8T and 8TT also comes with three-level traction control, as well as the ability to disable traction control completely, and low rpm assist to prevent the engine stalling when taking off. With 17-inch wheels front and rear, the GSX-8T and 8TT come with 120/70 annd 180/55 tyres, front and rear respectively.
Suspension is done by Kayaba with upside-dwon forks inn front and preload-adjustable monoshock at the back. Braking is with twins brake discs on the front wheel, measuring 310 mm in diameter, while the rear wheel gets a single 240 mm disc.
The GSX-8TT is fitted gold painted wheels and the aforementioned cowl fairing and a belly fairing as well as a special seat with stitched upholstery, with the radiator shrouds a satin silver on the GSX-8T and painted black on the GSX-8TT. Meanwhile, the GSX-8T comes with an uncovered single round LED headlight, and is differentiated from the GSX-8TT with black painted wheels and gold anodised fork legs.

wah! seronok loh. so many new bikes to choose from. But firstly i m waiting for Honda Rebel 300 with eclutch … he he.. i need automatic gearbox coz i m not yet competent with manual clutch.. tak pernah naik motor dgn manual clutch
I too wish the same. I’d own a bike if only they have the auto-clutch thingy.
They are milking that engine way too much
They need to do the same with 250cc, they already milking it with 3 bike with same 250cc
