付费添油量不符, 贸消部及计量公司力证 Petronas 清白。

日前,一名妇女在霹雳州Simpang Pulai的Petronas油站添油,但却发现她所缴付的费用与实际出油量不符,因此亲自找来水桶做实验,并且将过程拍摄下来上载到Facebook让大众评理,结果这起事件引起了极大的回响。

PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad(PDB)昨日就针对此事在其Facebook官方专页作出回应。该公司更新一则帖子,图文并茂表示,为了维护消费者的利益,PDB欢迎贸消部(KDNKK),及大马计量公司(Metrology Corporation Malaysia)到访调查。

“我们很高兴通知大家,有关当局已证实我们的添油量并没有存在任何的差异。我们希望借此作出誊清,希望大众和我们合作,不要再分享虚假的指控。”



Petronas的声明如下:

PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) takes public complaints seriously especially unsubstantiated claims such as the recent postings that are being circulated online pertaining to an incident at PETRONAS Station Simpang Pulai Arah Selatan.

To protect the interest of our customers, PDB had welcomed the visit of Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism, and Metrology Corporation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to the said station to carry out further investigation. We are pleased to inform that the relevant authorities have confirmed that there are no discrepancies in fuel-up quantity as claimed.

We hope the above clarifies the matter and we seek your kind co-operation to refrain from further sharing the false claim.
