Maybach S-Class in 2026 — what's new
For 2026, the Malaysian Maybach S-Class range carries on unchanged. There is still a single Z223 S 580 4Matic variant, following the model’s local launch in 2022. Later Maybach S-Class activity has centred on the Night Series package and an S580e plug-in hybrid variant, but neither changes the current Malaysian range: the V8 S 580 4Matic remains the car on sale.

The Z223 Maybach S-Class is the expensive, ultra-luxe end of the S-Class family: a tech-loaded flagship limo with a 3,396 mm wheelbase and just four seats. It costs far more than the BMW 7 Series from RM 677,800, Mercedes-Benz EQS from RM 648,888 and Lexus LS from RM 1,188,000. Buy it for the Maybach badge and limo positioning, not because it is the cheapest way into a luxury sedan.
