Renowned Honda tuner Mugen has certainly been hard at work. After showing us its customisation package for the ninth-gen Asian-market Honda Civic, it’s done the same for the Honda Accord Hybrid, which has just launched in Japan.
Right, what’ve we got here? Clearly, there’s a bodykit, consisting of bolt-on front and rear aprons, side skirts, plus a rear spoiler and front grille in a carbon finish.
Coupled with lowered and stiffened sports suspension as well as 245/35-wrapped 19-inch multi-spoke alloys, Mugen puts the words ‘eco-friendly’ and ‘street cred’ in the same sentence.
Other accessories offered include Mugen-badged carpets, a wheel nut and lock set, a carbon-finish number plate holder, oil filler caps and a ‘hydrophilic mirror.’ If you can read Japanese, do share more details with us from the brochure scans below.
