Jeep will be debuting seven new concepts at its 2015 edition of the annual Easter Jeep Safari in the US at the end of the month. No details as yet, with only teaser shots of two of the vehicles – both based on the Jeep Wrangler – to be had.
The Jeep Chief, as its name and blue exterior suggests, likely pays homage to the Cherokee Chief version of the AMC Jeep SJ from the late ’70s. From whatever little that can be seen, the concept – with its double panoramic roof – should be a bright and airy affair.
As for the Jeep Wrangler Red Rock Responder, everything suggests a pickup version of the form, with rescue operation underpinnings. Both vehicles – indeed, all seven concepts – are prepared with Jeep Performance Parts from Mopar. More when the studies are unveiled at the Easter Safari.
The Jeep Wrangler was launched in Malaysia last November, and the JK is available here in three variant forms, the Unlimited, Unlimited Sahara (and Rubicon, priced at RM289k, RM329k and RM339k respectively.
