Following the Kia GT’s video teaser, the carmaker has released another with part of the vehicle’s silhouette, showing its fastback roofline. Powertrain details are yet to be officially confirmed, though it can be expected to sport the 3.3 litre, turbocharged V6 engine from the Genesis G90, producing 365 hp and 510 Nm of torque.
As seen in the spyshots below, the Kia GT adopts a cabin-rearwards design, and sports a liftback tailgate similar in fashion to the Audi A7 Sportback. The first video displays footage of the car going around the Nurburgring Nordschleife, indicating the automakers intent with the GT – it looks set to take the game to the established players in the sports sedan class.
