AI-generated Summary ✨
Comments reveal widespread dissatisfaction with VW Malaysia’s after-sales service, citing long wait times, poor customer treatment, and high repair costs. Many owners report inconsistent service experiences, with some praising specific staff at certain outlets but overall frustration with the system. Several mention that authorized service centers often lack professionalism and knowledge, leading to dissatisfaction, and multiple complaints highlight expensive parts and repairs. Despite positive feelings about the cars themselves, customers express regret over after-sales support, with some considering switching to brands like Audi or Lexus due to better service. A few owners also acknowledge that service quality varies by location and staff, and some suggest VW Malaysia should improve dealership standards, perhaps following Singapore’s example.
