Ford Fiesta Christmas Deal – 1.38% interest rate

ford fiesta christmas deal

Not content with offering its Big Deal promotion, which has been expanded in conjunction with the year-end school holiday and the festive season, Ford has come up with another, and this one specifically involves the facelifted Ford Fiesta.

That’s right – the Blue Oval has announced a special promotion for its spunky B-segmenter for December. The Ford Fiesta Christmas Deal, as it’s called, offers buyers a low 1.38% interest rate per annum as well as free shopping vouchers.

Some terms and conditions apply, of course. For Peninsular Malaysia, the interest rate is quoted based on an 85% margin of financing for five years, while for East Malaysia, the interest rate is quoted based on an 80% margin of financing, also for five years.

The deal runs until December 31, so if you’ve been eyeing the Fiesta 1.5 Sport hatch or Titanium sedan, there’s no better time to bag one.

  • when u can’t sell, what deal also can come out.

change the looks la, then more people will buy. ask yourself why the previous gen did so much better for the fiesta? one of the great factor is the looks!!

Sorry, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I would say less airbags and less engine is the reason, but I could be totally wrong.

Since you said it, I suppose it’s okay for me to say the new looks way better than the old one. The old grill looks too, erm, normal.

Test driving scheduled tomorrow, not that I need to prove anything to you. If I already have one I’d sound like I’m defending my choice and that ain’t cool. I’d probably be complaining about missing the offer if I already got one.

I know my opinion doesn’t worth anything, but I just saw the old one during lunch just now. Tiny grill and huge hole/mouth on the bumper at the bottom. I can’t stand it, it looks like someone who has his teeth punched out, deal breaker for me for the last one.

Tomorrow I’ll know if the smaller engine will be a deal breaker for me again for the new one, even though I like the looks and all.

If not, will wait again for the ecoboost version and see how much that will cost, and whether I can find the extra money or not.

Do I need to say more?

Hi tok_kok2, I’m aware of the problems I read around some forums.

Just wondering how long does yours take to develop? I’m expecting 200km driving per week, half which is city commute. I do have one colleague who drives the last generation Fiesta, but I never heard any complaints other than the rear seats are cramp.

Thanks for the input, I’m going to grill the salesman later.

Saw one at a mall’s parking lot the other day. The front of the car looks like it’s from a much bigger car when you park it in the parking lot.

But it kinda look fragile if you go close to it, wonder if anyone else felt the same. Those grill fins doesn’t look like they will last forever.

back to promotion, for Ford Fiesta 1.5 Sport with 1:38% 5yrs, 85% loan margin, about RM1300++ per month … should be considered. Better put a higher down payment la…

i have recently sent my 2011 fiesta to autoconnexxion jalan ipoh. the car is a daily driver with 50k on the odometer. on the day before sending the aircond had completely blown out for godknows what reason.

i have yet to receive the car back from autoconnexxion, always citing the same old excuses, be it no parts, no specialists, no one free from technical department from HQ, i even got a “we dont know what is wrong”.

mind you that the aircond is not the only recurring problem, the gearbox, hill assist, abs etc etc have always had issues time and time again.

i sent my car 3 months ago. the last i communicated with them was 3 mondays ago. from then till now they do not have the decency to get back to me with a status update, which if they did, they would say “car currently in progress”.

    all potential buyers beware.
