All BYD service centres are equipped with specialised EV tools, and premium and comfortable lounges for customers to relax and/or work while their vehicles are being serviced.

The B&P facilities provide expert body repair services, so you can rest assured that if your BYD encounters any unfortunate mishaps on the road, the certified EV technicians will get your vehicle looking and running as good as new.

With a digitally-managed centralised parts distribution centre, your parts wait will not be long either, and speaking of the EV technicians, they undergo continuous training, including extensive, multi-level programmes, to ensure 100% certification.

It’s not just after-sales that gets the utmost care and attention; it’s also the pre-sales – the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) centre ensures every BYD undergoes rigorous quality assurance checks before being delivered to customers.

Located in Puncak Alam, the PDI centre is equipped with a three-level mechanical parking system, optimising space efficiency while securely accommodating vehicles during the inspection and preparation process.

All BYD vehicles are backed by a six-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, an eight-year/160,000 km battery warranty (full battery replacement if state of health dips below 70% during the warranty period) and an eight-year/150,000 km drive unit warranty.

BYD also offers service packages in three-, six- and eight-year options, with Standard and Plus tiers to accommodate low and high usage patterns. These packages, which lock in current service prices to shield customers from inflation, can be purchased separately or incorporated into the car loan.
