Kajang Silk Highway tidal flow discontinued from Jan 8

Prolintas has announced the discontinuation of the tidal flow on the Kajang Silk Highway, specifically from the Sungai Ramal toll plaza to the Uniten interchange. It applies to both directions and will be in effect from tomorrow, January 8.

As such, motorists are advised to stick to the original lanes, including the Smartlanes on the highway (legal use of the emergency lanes). Speaking of Smartlanes, it’s from KM28.0 of the Kajang Silk to KM1.1 of the SKVE Highway towards Putrajaya. The hours are from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm daily.

If you’re one of those who will zoom off to the contraflow as soon as possible, take note of the change. Drive safe.
