Mercedes-Benz Malaysia had recently hosted an event to reward its customers with prizes, which saw buyers of Mercedes-AMG cars in 2024 entered into the draw for prizes which included all-expense-paid trips to the AMG Experience on Ice programme.
Eight winners won the AMG Experience on Ice package valued at RM50,000 each, and this combines visits to the homeland of Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart, Germany in addition to the ice driving experience in Sweden, located near the Arctic Circle.
The eight prize winners for the AMG Experience on Ice are Nur Amira Izzati binti Rusli, Foo Say Jin, Amy Ngie Kah Yee, Mohd Azahar bin Mohammed, Chew Yen Yen, Hee Pui Lan, Nasrul Isham bin Mohd Nasar, and Chong Lee Kheow.
In addition to the eight winners of the AMG Experience on Ice prize, one Mercedes-AMG customer,
Tengku Hazian Tengku Abdul Hamid, also won a trip to watch Mercedes-AMG racing team, Racing Aurora compete in the Thailand Super Series at the Bangsaen Street Circuit round in Chon Buri, Thailand. This will be the second round in a five-round season calendar, taking place from July 2-6, 2025.
Racing Aurora is a Malaysia-based GT racing team competing in Thailand Super Series, its driver line-up comprised of Malaysian racer and multiple series winner Hayden Haikal who won on his debut outing in the Mercedes-AMG GT4. Hayden is partnered with Australian racing driver Peter Hackett, also a multiple series winner and Mercedes-AMG Asia-Pacific chief driving instructor.
The latest Mercedes-AMG products for Malaysia were launched last November, with a slew of the high-performance models for this market arriving at the same time. These included the SL63, facelifted G63, the GLE63S and GLE63S Coupe SUVs, and the GLC43 Coupé.
