The Dongfeng Nammi 01 is already on sale in Malaysia as the circa-RM100k Dongfeng Box; now here’s something bigger – the Nammi 06. It’s actually the second vehicle Nammi has developed.
According to Car News China, the Nammi 06 is 4,306 mm long, 1,868 mm wide and 1,645 mm tall, with 2,715 mm between the front and rear wheels. So it’s 286 mm longer, 58 mm wider and 75 mm taller than the Nammi 01/Dongfeng Box, while having a 65 mm longer wheelbase.
There’s a single 184 PS motor – although CNC doesn’t report if it’s front- or rear-mounted, the Dongfeng Box’s is front-mounted, so it’d be reasonable to expect the same here. Kerb weight is 1,975 kg and top speed is 150 km/h, while battery details have not been revealed yet.
Am I the only one who thinks it looks a bit Kia-ish? Those stalk-mounted side mirrors are interesting, though. CNC says the vehicle could show up at Auto Shanghai in April with a circa-RMB100,000 (RM61k) price tag.

again, what else can chinamen do without copying?

First they made a fake smart now they made a fake kia lol how shameless can they be?
It’s a free market. Design visuals are subjective and ability to make them more available.

Stop bring death traps to maleise. Nobody buying these tofu dregs
OMG it look like Kia EV5
I am more amazed at the speed they can copy things…
If copying is such an easy job, Malaysia should be able to copy also right? But we were unable.
Credit to the PRC for their copying speed and accuracy.
it does not matter what they copy, as long it is reliable enough with cheaper price.. I can say this because i havent buy any non-China car that eventually China copied.. if i did, i will be flipping now for turning my expensive car into China cheaper copy..
