Denza D9 EV – 800 units sold within a week of launch

Denza D9 EV – 800 units sold within a week of launch

That was fast – Denza has announced on Facebook that it has sold 800 units of the D9 since the luxurious EV MPV launched in Malaysia on February 20.

First 800 owners – enjoy your free 22 kW wallbox, free six years/120,000 km service, free exclusive Denza neck and waist pillow, and free exclusive Denza luggage! And the car, of course. These freebies should now be over, unless Denza prolongs them, like Proton and Nissan have done.

The Alphard/Vellfire/Zeekr 009/MIFA 9/GAC M8 (upcoming)/Wey 80 (upcoming)-fighter comes in RM259k one-motor Advanced FWD and RM309k two-motor Premium AWD variants, with respective WLTP ranges of 520 km and 480 km thanks to a 103.6 kWh Blade LFP battery. Full details in our launch report.

Would be more convincing they provide the actual figures how many bookings are for their dealers and highly discounted fleet vehicles.

All these newly launch high booking figures like the P1 EV.
You believe meh 3k units sold out so fast then raise to 6k.
    Sama macam the X90.

To tell the truth, only saw it twice since the vehicle launch on the road.

In the showroom alot lah for test drive.

    • You do realise Malaysia is not as small a country as you think, right? Just because you could not see a lot of them in your town, you can confirm its the same case in other places? Case in point, double cabs are so ubiquitous in East Malaysia yet are quite rare around big cities in the Peninsular.

Many people have disagree on what you said. Even BYD owners didn’t complain about BYD quality so far. Not to forget that Denza also under BYD

  • 800 sold or 800 bookings. As that makes here a big difference. Then end up only 400 sold or lower.

Sold doesn’t necessarily mean delivered and registered. JPJ data = registered and OTR with number plate.
