Malaysian fuel prices March 2025 week 4 – diesel down 3 sen, RM3.03/litre; RON97 unchanged, RM3.28/litre

It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time once again for the weekly fuel price update, with the ministry of finance having announced the retail prices of fuels for the coming week of March 20 to 26, 2025.

More good news for diesel users, with the price for the fuel being reduced by three sen per litre from last week. As such, Euro 5 B10 and B20 grades are priced at RM3.03 per litre, which means that Euro 5 B7 – which is priced at 20 sen more per litre – will go for RM3.23 per litre. No change to that for RON 97 petrol, which continues on at RM3.28 per litre for the coming week.

As usual, RON 95 petrol remains at its ceiling price of RM2.05 per litre as set by the Malaysian government in February 2021. The retail price of diesel fuel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan also remains unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.

These fuel prices will take effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday, March 26, when the next set of fuel price updates will be announced. This is the 12th edition of the weekly fuel pricing format for this year, and the 323rd in total since the format was introduced at the start of 2019.
