As the Chinese New Year dawns upon us, TC Euro Cars, franchise holder for Renault cars is ushering in the occasion with a deal on the Renault Fluence.
This is in the form of a ‘5inFluence’ aftersales and maintenance package. The Fluence comes with a five-year unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty, and the deal also sees free maintenance for five years or up to 100,000km (whichever comes first).
Also included is a complimentary pick-up service for every scheduled servicing, as well as a one-year genuine parts warranty. There’s also a 48-hour Mobility Solution, which provides a courtesy car to Fluence owners if ever their vehicle needs to be in the service centre for more than 48 hours.
During the campaign period, TC Euro Cars is also offering new Fluence owners a ‘Prosperity Blessings Package’ worth more than RM15,000. In the package, one will find ang pows worth RM11,888, complimentary petrol worth RM2,888 and a pre-loaded Touch ’n Go card worth RM500.
Prices start at RM108,888 for the Fluence Expression, up to RM119,888 for the Fluence Dynamique. If you’re interested in finding out more, you can do so at the two showroom events TC Euro Cars is holding – on January 16-17 and February 20-21 – at selected showrooms nationwide.
Just take the ang pow only, can ah? :-D
Peugeot 408 turbo giving 32k discount. Should be better deal than renault.
my friend told me peugeot salesman give him 40K discount.. total price is around 88K..
Yes Peugeot 408Turbo selling around 8x,000.00 now. Clearing stocks of pre-register cars for new 408.
After sales pening
The risk of these cold brands always fell on the 1st batch buyers, later buyers got huge discounts and early buyers pissed off seeing their resale value down the drain
Every time I see this on the road, I imagine what decision-making process the buyer went through.. There are many cars at the same price range, all of which offer similar warranty, specs. Fluence is obviously among the worst-looking and least-reliable. So how did they end up buying this car.. can a Fluence owner say how?
*PS – the comment on Peugeot 408.. well check how many of those turbos have survived Malaysian climate and I’ll tell you why they are giving 32k discount.
When a person buys a car, it is indeed a very subjective point of view, so do not compare your own personal view with others, please keep it to yourself.
Least-reliable ? The Fluence is a top-seller in countries like Turkey and Argentina, where road conditions are similar or worse than ours. Our Fluence is built at Tan Chong’s Segambut plant, they know how to build cars properly, they’ve been doing it since 1976. And even if the Fluence has problems, owners are covered by Tan Chong’s network, one of the most established in the country.
I would much rather buy a Fluence over an Elantra, 408, Civic or Cruze. The only C-segmenters that beat this IMHO are the Mazda3, Focus, Altis 2.0, Jetta and Sylphy.
What about K3?
Ollie, I wonder how you come to the conclusion of it being least reliable. I think there are more VW stuck at the service centre than the Renaults.. This car in particular is a re-skinned previous gen Sylphy.. Nissan heart, Continental skin.. I don’t see Sylphy failing much..
Don’t simply talk la.. Ppl trying to make a living selling cars..
i wonder what car u r driving
