Bosch has recently conducted a special showcase on the company’s latest innovations and products as part of their efforts to tap into the car clubs of Malaysia. Three car clubs were invited to attend the event – Audi Club Malaysia, BMW Club Malaysia and Volkswagen Club Malaysia. The aim of the showcase was to give the members a greater understanding of Bosch products and expertise.
The event also marked the reopening of the Bosch’s newly refurbished NSS Bosch Service Centre in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. There, the members were given a demonstration on what a standard car inspection entailed. Part of the demonstration also included tips on how to optimise performance and efficiency.
The club members also got a tour of the newly refurbished centre and a car detailing demonstration by Sonax.
Woon Kim Hwa, General Manager (Sales, Marketing and Service), Automotive Aftermarket, Malaysia and Brunei of Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd said he hoped that the members have picked up a tip or two on how to keep their car at its optimal best.
Looking to sell your car? Sell it with Carro.
The small green color gadget, my mechanic used that to check my battery ‘power’ , claiming that it can tell whether your battery is strong or weak. I never bothered about his suggestion when he asked me to change my battery.
Can somebody explain whatbisnthe principle behind ? Definitely has nothing tom do with voltage because a volt meter will donthe job fine ifbit has something tondo with voltage….
The battery voltage will usually show approximately 12V even though it is weak unless in certain circumstances.
The tester uses your battery capacity rating as a benchmark i.e. CCA, EN, JIS. It will measure the current capacity and calculate whether the battery is due for replacement.
wah……got mat salleh guy servicing the car for you…..or izit just photo session oni?
