Truckers driving along the Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan route this weekend may be in for a treat if they come across this huge yellow fellow. As part of Shell Rimula’s ‘Hardworking’ consumer campaign, the similarly-named ‘Hardworking Truck’ will be making stops in Kundasang today and in Sandakan tomorrow (Saturday), giving out free haircuts, hot coffee and cold drinks as well as toiletry kits and water bottles to truckers.
The campaign is launched in conjunction with the introduction of the new R5 LE synthetic-technology and fully synthetic R6 LM heavy duty diesel engine oils.
“It is all about going on the ground to interact with and reward the many hardworking drivers out there who play a major role in keeping our economy running,” said Shell Rimula global brand manager Seow Lee Ming.
The ‘Hardworking Truck’ had previously visited the PLUS Highway in July and Sibu and Miri, Sarawak earlier this month.
