Chevron, the company behind Caltex, and Bosch have signed a MoU which will see the two companies exploring a regional partnership.
The two companies are teaming together, and are set to open 500 Bosch Car Service workshops and retail shops over the next five years in five ASEAN countries. The markets set to feature these co-operative outlets are the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia.
The Bosch Car Service workshops will be located at Caltex service stations, and will provide services such as vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs. The stations housing the Bosch Car Service workshops will also sell Bosch Automotive Aftermarket products/parts as well as Caltex lubricants.
