The upcoming Infiniti Q30 hatchback which had its photos leaked earlier shows us a different end this time – its rear. This photo was snapped in Prague and published on Czech website Auto, where it was reportedly doing a photoshoot for a commercial.
While the shape looks similar to when it was first unveiled in concept form at the 2013 Frankfurt Motorshow, the differences between the concept model and the one you see here is quite visible if looked at closely.
Apart from those rims, the rear bumpers have been switched to black cladding instead while red reflectors have also been added. The exhaust tailpipes also looks like they’ve been swapped out for squarer ones, while the two-tone roof seems to be no more. From an angle, the Q30 also looks somewhat higher than the concept car.
Leaked photos show a ‘2.2d’ badge stuck on the side which likely refers to a four-cylinder Mercedes-Benz diesel engine. The Q30 will be built on Mercedes-Benz’s Modular Front Architecture (MFA) platform. The premium compact will be produced in Sunderland, UK.

The car is small or those people are oversize ?
1. Are Malaysian Infinity mostly serviced by those busy crowded Nissan service centres?
2. Are we afraid that there are 1MahindraDatsunBentley, 2NissanDB, 3MDV, 4MBD that has Infinty figures & designs?
3. PianoPlayers that inform legally the fault of Abama to FVI will be sent to the Jupiter without record of his bullshits and his bullshits can never come to surface of World/Earth nor computers.
4. I support Proton and Proton please help us, by whatever means including selling cheaper Iriz, otherwise rakyat will go bankrupt keep buying 40 billion imported Nissans at Infintiy QX80 price. Support buatan Malaysia and sayangi rakyat kita.
5. Warranty claims involving small parts can be done on the spot and paperwork later, major parts can be rectified in one week or less. Very efficient and impressive. Can we guess which car companies do that in Malaysia?
Why you asked me ? I never own infinity before !
country will bankrupt when conned out 40b out the country not buying import cars..import car companies pay TAX to government not only the AP but also company proft, but the money is taken out buy corrupted people to shopping etc. Get the logic right..
looks stunning…
Looks Sexy….
As long as its not a kimchi, it will have RV
As long it’s sushi its RV is sickening
Altis 2013 can be had for 68k
this is sexy.. Suprima ? Come on.. Sorry to say but i know that we spend so much money but fail to please the eye..yet again i still believe that we can do better..
Why compare car and crossover?
thank you for staying true to the concept, infinity. you deserve a big break now. salut
This car looks more like a near-production concept car than an actual production car. Well done, well done.
It looks like an Infiniti version of a Merc GLA.
Curvingly-angular… :3.
I wonder if Infiniti would ever reach the same relevance as Lexus. They seem to be making progress, but consistency is going to be required if they are to be a serious consideration during car shopping.
yawn…
Mazda-esque front end.
Do not get a new sushi SUV
Head down to the nearest KIA/Hyundai showroom instead
Need sorhai tai lan ngongs to primed the used kimchi market
Crossover hatchback…that’s what I call it….I think and it won’t be comfy for larger adults looking at its size.
Cars are getting smaller nowadays just like the value of our RM.
Now this is seriously one heck of a crossover.
Very stylish, but not my type of car.
very KODO.
