VIDEO: Car drives in the wrong direction on BKE

The latest episode of cars being driven against the flow of traffic takes place on the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE), not too long after a another instance was reported on the North-South Expressway (NSE).

In the 40-second video clip, we see a silver sedan being driven on the wrong side of the expressway, with oncoming cars having to avoid it in order to prevent an ugly and unwanted accident. According to The Star, the driver somehow entered the expressway through the Sungai Nyior toll plaza in the wrong direction, and had driven the car until Seberang Jaya.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, but this is a reminder to drivers to stay alert on the road, be sure of where you’re going, and to drive safe.
