BMW X2, X3 and X4 receive M Performance Parts

Over the past few months, BMW updated its sports activity vehicle (SAV) line-up by introducing the new F39 BMW X2, G01 BMW X3 and G02 BMW X4. The German carmaker has now decided to release a slew of BMW Performance Parts for all three SUV models, similar to what it has done for its other models.

To make everyone knows you’re not driving a bog-standard BMW SUV, the side graphics in Frozen Black feature ‘M Performance’ lettering. On the X3 and X4, there’s front lettering with a gloss black theme, the latter being available for the for the X2’s kidney grilles as well.

Carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) mirror caps are available for all three models, along with a wide range of wheel designs. For the X2, a set of 20-inch Styling 717 M alloys with a matte black finish can be specified, while the X3 and X4 gets 19-inch Double Spoke 698 M (Orbit Grey) and 21-inch forged Y Spoke 701 M Bicolor sets instead.

Should you want to command even more visual presence beyond what the exterior lettering can offer, BMW also offers LED door projectors that project a graphic onto the ground when the door is opened. These motifs include the BMW M logo as well as those from the M Performance slide set.

The cabins of all three models can also be fitted with a number of M Performance Parts, starting with an M Performance steering wheel that comes with Alcantara-lined grip areas. Pay a bit more, and you’ll even get steering wheel trim panels in carbon-fibre/leather, but only for the X3 and X4.

That’s not all, because the X3 and X4 can be fitted with high-gloss carbon-fibre shift paddles, which feature plus and minus symbols in anodised red. All three models also get M Performance floor mats made of velour velvet with a leather-look surround and contrasting decorative seams.
