RON 97 petrol price down 3 sen this week – RM2.56

RON 97 petrol price down 3 sen this week – RM2.56

Time again for another update on fuel prices, and for the coming week, users of RON 97 petrol will need to pay RM2.56 per litre. This is a three sen decrease from last week, where RON 97 was priced at RM2.59 per litre and RM2.58 the week before that.

As with the past few weeks following an announcement by the government, RON 95 petrol and diesel prices remain unchanged due to subsidies. Only RON 97 will follow market prices.

Officially, RON 95 continues to be priced at RM2.20 per litre and Euro 2M diesel at RM2.18 per litre, while Euro 5 diesel is priced at RM2.28 per litre at the pump. The new RON 97 price will take effect from midnight till July 25 when the next fuel price announcement is made.

Where is the pricing mechanism? Why is it so confidential? I bet it’s only good for PDAM people. If it’s fair or good for us rakyat, it won’t be made confidential. A big letdown for Malaysia Baharu.

Thumb up 16 Thumb down 2
    • It’s not confidential lah, PT already explained this long time ago.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 0

Hmm… is this the face of New Malaysia? So previously your kind gets upset when told to keluar if you don’t like it, but now it’s okay for you to use the same threats as was used upon you? The oppressed becomes the oppressors, is this what Malaysia voted for?

    RM 1.50 for Ron92…soon

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
  • why ron97 go down should price it higher maybe RM2.80 or RM3/liter. The proceeds should be use to subsidized Ron95. Manifesto PRU brapa yg kata RM1.50. Semaklah yg manifesto rasim bukan yg palsu atau cakap2 janji2 kosong yg dibuat ahli politik.
