Caltex Malaysia has launched Caltex Rewards, its latest customer loyalty programme that is housed within the CaltexGo mobile application. Available at all Caltex stations nationwide, the Caltex Rewards programme allows customers to refuel, make payments, collect points and redeem a range of rewards in the same transaction, according to the company.
The rewards programme has been designed to offer Caltex customers a range of benefits, such as getting discounts on fuel purchases, as well as a range of offers where the points collected can be utilised. Caltex Rewards members will be able to choose from a range of rewards, from fuel redemption to e-vouchers from the Caltex rewards catalogue.
Users may sign up for Caltex Rewards through the CaltexGo mobile app, the Caltex website or at any Caltex station in Malaysia, and new members signing up through the mobile app or website will receive 500 points worth RM5 upon registration.
Members will receive 2 Caltex Rewards points for every one litre of fuel purchased, and will also receive a birthday bonus of 500 Caltex Rewards points that will be awarded to members annually. The Caltex Rewards programme will also feature curated rewards from partners including FamilyMart, Lotus’s and Grab.
The CaltexGo mobile app is available for Apple iOS and Android mobile device users, from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, respectively.
“For motorists in Malaysia, refuelling is a routine task that sees them frequent service stations very often. How would you like to get rewarded every time you fuel up? No extra costs, no minimum spend and no hassle at all. Caltex Rewards allows motorists to earn points every time they fuel regardless of the amount. It doesn’t matter if you were to fuel up RM5 or RM105 worth of petrol, you can redeem those points immediately,” said Chevron Malaysia country chairman Dean Gilbert.
