MG parts warehouse established in Klang Valley

SAIC Motor Malaysia has established an MG-dedicated parts warehouse in the Klang Valley to serve both ICE and EV models including the MG4 EV, ZS EV, MG5, HS and the open-for-booking Cyberster.

With over 4,500 stock keeping units (SKU) and more than 22,000 stocked parts, the new warehouse follows the graduation of 39 certified MG technicians and 12 already-operating service centres (with 13 more soon) in fortifying MG’s after-sales efforts. All authorised MG dealerships are also stocked with essential parts, ensuring minimal wait times and seamless service support for customers.

“We’re incredibly grateful to MG owners who trust us with their vehicles. Our mission is to provide peace of mind and the best after-sales support possible,” SAIC Motor Malaysia COO Lee Wen Hsiang said.

“Our goal is to ensure that every MG vehicle is promptly serviced and ready for the road, giving our customers the proactive and dependable service they deserve,” he added.

The company recently held a delivery event for over 20 buyers of the MG5 sedan, which launched in Malaysia last month with a five-year unlimited mileage vehicle warranty and a seven-year unlimited mileage powertrain warranty.

“We created this service and warranty package to deliver peace of mind and reliable support for every MG5 owner. Our goal is to provide exceptional after-sales service while keeping ownership costs manageable, so MG vehicles stay roadworthy for the long haul,” said Lee.
