UMW Toyota sold 7,932 units in Apr 2025, 27,876 YTD

UMW Toyota (UMWT) has announced it delivered 7,932 vehicles in the month of April 2025, which brings its year-to-date (YTD) total to 27,876 units.

Previously, the company revealed its YTD total for the first two months of 2025 to be 12,015 units, with 6,632 units sold in Feburary. From this, we deduced that 5,383 units were delivered in the month of January.

We didn’t get a figure for March but some simple math suggests the company sold 7,929 units in the third month of this year (latest YTD minus January, February and April sales). As such, last month’s count of 7,932 units is marginally more than March at just three units.

Compared to last year, the April 2025 total is just under 8% higher than April 2024. However, the YTD total for the first four months of this year is about 10.4% down from the same period in 2024.
