Just saw news in BBC about china slowly developing autonomous driving trucks. seems like they are developing truck autonomous truck driving along highway where driving condition is more regulated and less demanding.
perhaps our plus highway can consider allow developement of autonomous truck driving from toll to toll before driver takes over. perhaps plus have a special parking zone within toll to toll where autonomous truck can ply before driver takes over from there… our ordinary road conditions is totally unsuitable because municipal road conditions not good and lane marking many faded.
