A 19-year-old man has been arrested by the police to assist in the investigation of an accident that occurred at KM27 of Jalan Renggam-Simpang Renggam in Kluang. The accident, which occurred on June 1, 2026, involved five vehicles and resulted in the deaths of five people.

Johor the mafia town
Not very day people racing on the road,
Whether bicycle kapchai or underpowered legacy,
People race at the circuit professionally.
He will face the panalty, we all want to know.
this is merely a minor offense as the driver was not drunk. just fine him a saman then release him. authorities should focus on more serious issues such as walking on Q book, and selling halla soxx bought from jj mart.
That was different authorities, smooth brain.
Unfortunately the A250 gets away
I do hope the BMW alive
without his legs or hands
to suffer the rest of this life
Looks like u didn’t read the article properly. The A250 driver was arrested & the BMW driver died.
one teenage T15 driver killed 6 innocent civilians. but since he wasnt drunk so just give him a minor slap on the wrist.
It was the 22 year old BMW driver who crashed into the 4 cars which killed all 4 people in a Vios. Obviously you didn’t bother to read this news in detail as you must be too lazy.
These need to be tried as murder. Rich T15 folks with their luxury car and big ego needs retribution
RIP those innocent ppl…
Keempat-empat mangsa yang maut ialah Aiman Mohd Rashid, 36; Nor Azlina Abd Latip, 33; Semek Mat Soh, 73, dan Nur Airish Syifa Sidek, 10.
takdirr
smart T20 driver uses german car, proven safe in a crash, while those who in unsafe tin milo japan or local car, gone .
You do realize that brother who died was also in a German car, right?
have no obvious external bleeding, remain conscious or alive for several minutes, and then die on the way to the hospital.
Waiting for “anak saya baik orangnya” Chinaman version,
So much horsepower at such a young age. A recipe for disaster when maturity doesn’t match the machine. Parents, just because you can afford a luxury or sports car doesn’t mean your child is ready for one.
Well said Saif. If I was given such powerful car at young age, same thing could happen to me. Those who just got their license should start with cars below 130hp. Train them by ansur maju
So Section 302 for road fatalities is not, strictly speaking, a first in Malaysia.
It is, however, rare, and that rarity is precisely what is fuelling public confusion about why some cases cross that threshold, and others don’t.
Jelutong member of parliament RSN Rayer has raised the inconsistency most directly, and with a specific example.
On 9 February this year, a fatal accident in Batu Gajah, Perak, claimed the lives of three family members: SR Sarala Devi, 34; G Sarasbathy Gopal, 65; and 3-year-old S Shaastikka.
The driver of the Toyota Hilux involved was also believed to have been under the influence of THC, the same drug found in Saktygaanapathy’s system.
That driver was investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act for reckless and dangerous driving.
Not murder.
Citing Article 8 of the Federal Constitution, which guarantees equality before the law and prohibits discrimination, Rayer probed the AGC to explain himself.
Lawyer Latheefa Koya, a former MACC chief commissioner, echoed the demand and highlighted a third case: lorry driver Rudi Zulkarnain, who was charged on 16 May last year under Section 41 of the RTA for causing the deaths of nine FRU constables.
Again, reckless driving, not murder.
Section 41(1)Driving recklessly,
you can look into this section minimum penalty.
we also like to know the outcome soon.
He will get away scot free sadly. He is not the direct cause of the accident.
I tend to agree. He played a role in what happened, but he wasn’t the direct cause of the accident. In practical terms, that means he’ll probably get away scot-free, maybe with a fine at most, while everyone else deals with the consequences.
I don’t like it, but that’s how the law currently works. Personally, I think the law should be changed so that anyone caught racing on public roads who directly or indirectly contributes to a fatal accident can be held criminally responsible. Street racing isn’t a harmless activity—it puts innocent people at risk. If someone’s actions help create the circumstances that lead to a death, they shouldn’t be able to simply walk away. A jail sentence of a year or two would be far more appropriate than a fine.
If the law is changed to charge anyone driving recklessly, 90% of our highway users will be in jail. 99% all bikers will be in jail. Our prison will need extension, and our klang valley road suddenly feel so empty.
Rich parents + neighbour university education failed, produced out fool that disaster to masyarakat.
later he will flee to other countries and never to be caught because parents rich.
waiting for his parents` comment and the reaction to the victim`s family.
The video shows 2 cars racing and aftermath of cars accident scene. No video capturing the act of crash..
those videos not released. . total 5 cars crashed, surely few of those cars would have dashcam.
typical johor driver…seen alot of these ppl in KL too…always speeding like they are king of the road
Death penalty for that hell raiser n murderer who unfortunately is still alive. Jail time for the owner/s of the vehicles that caused the accident, for allowing their vehicles to be used whether intentionally or not. Parents too shd be tried at the dock for having raised idiotic kids.
