SPYSHOTS: Volvo S90 interior caught undisguised!

Spy-Shots of Cars - This image has been optimized for a calibrated screen with a Gamma of 2.2 and a colour temperature og 6500°K

It appears the cat is completely out of the bag now – after the exterior styling of the upcoming Volvo S90 was revealed via photos of leaked scale models, now it’s the turn of the interior to show itself, through spyshots of a mule being tested in the United States.

And it’s a handsome, minimalist (in typical Swedish fashion) cabin, borrowing much from the new XC90 as well as the Concept Coupe, Concept XC Coupe and Concept Estate. The large portrait centre touchscreen for the in-car control system is flanked by beautifully slender vertical air vents, while the transmission design has a nice wraparound leather cover. There’s also a nifty V40-esque frameless rear-view mirror.

Like the XC90, expect the centre screen to control everything from music to navigation and even climate control, in addition to incorporating a suite of internet-based services, “state-of-the-art” voice control as well native support for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone-based in-car operating systems.

We also have photos of the prototype’s exterior, but they’re heavily camouflaged and nothing different from what was seen previously – and besides, as we’ve mentioned, we already know what the car will look like.

The leaks show styling adapted from the XC90 and the previous concepts, including full-LED headlights with “Thor’s Hammer” T-shaped daytime running lights, a coupe-like sloping roofline not unlike that seen on the Audi A7 Sportback, as well as C-shaped tail lights that are quite a departure from the kinked design we’ve come to be familiar with on older Volvos.

Under the skin, the S90 will ride on the new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) – the second such car, after the XC90 – and should utilise the XC90’s range of Drive-E 2.0 litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol and diesel engines, topped by a T8 Twin Engine plug-in hybrid variant making 407 hp and 640 Nm.

Most Successful People do not drive shitty LEXUS cars

Lexus car does not represent anything not even success
Roll royce and Bentley represent ultimate luxurious
        Mercedes represent comfort
        BMW represent Performance
        Volvo represent Safety

Lexus represent what I do not even know not even prestige . Only know This shitty Jap product is price quite high but value wise not worth it at all to own.

Lexus car after few years also got very bad RV. Lexus is struggling to get RV in few years time too

volvo is doing great things under geely ownership. smart of geely to allow volvo to operate independent of the mother company. the glory days of volvo will be revived and the new models speak of it. good thing is, they are instantly identifiable as non-german as a lot of carmakers nowadays are getting less and less creative with their designs.
