Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with NZ Wheels, have launched the upgraded Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Johor Bahru Autohaus. As part of the refurbishment, the Autohaus now comes with an AMG Performance Centre, the first of its kind in the southern region.
With a total upgrading cost of RM6 million, the Autohaus features a build-up space of 18,692.40 square feet and 32 personnel. Its showroom space is capable of displaying up to 11 vehicles at once, while 12 works bays allow for a service capacity of 500 vehicles per month.
Customers will also be able to relax in the private Star Lounge, or enjoy the convenience of Service Differentiation – a menu of customised and personalised services depending on customers’ lifestyle, which include pickup/drop-off of customers’ vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service.
“We are delighted to continue to upgrade and professionalise our retail touchpoints throughout our entire retail network to the benefit of our customers, as a direct result of the synergy between Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and our committed dealer partners,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia president and CEO, Claus Weidner.
“Driven by a common passion of bringing the best products and after-sales experiences to customers, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia together with our partner, NZ Wheels, celebrates yet another milestone with this newly refurbished Autohaus in Johor Bahru, complete with an AMG Performance Centre. Now, more of our southern region customers can be assured of the best products, best service and best customer experience,” he continued.
Now fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) and sporting the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI), Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Johor Bahru Autohaus is one of six authorised dealer groups catering to the southern region.
“The launch today represents our on-going commitment to provide exceptional ownership experience with a distinct approach to automotive retailing. Together with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, we will continue to deliver the Mercedes-Benz brand of premium experience to our customers nationwide alongside a growing coverage of Mercedes-AMG Performance Centres,” said NZ Wheels Automotive group CEO, Datuk Samson Anand George.
